We care about our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 2 weeks after delivery. The items must be unused and in it's original condition otherwise it will not be accepted as a return. Please note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping. It is important that you contact us by email@example.com before making a return to receive instructions. We strongly suggest you make your return by recorded delivery as we don't take responsibility for the items that are lost in mail.
If the goods were damaged or faulty upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours from delivery. We will make sure to replace the items or issue a full refund.
